John was born on February 18, 1943 in Cartersville, GA son of John W. Wehunt and Virginia Heath Jarrard.
John was a very kind, caring and compassionate man who dearly loved his family. He was the owner/operator of John David Florist in Cartersville.
He is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; daughter, Melissa (Marc) Rommelman; grandchildren, Jonathan Parker, Tyler Rommelman, Terry Parker, Marley Parker, Liam Parker and Virginia Parker; sisters, Cheryl (Duncan) Campbell, Gail Nobriga and Linda (Earl) Wilkey; good friend and caretaker, Michael Oxendine; several nieces and nephews.
Private Graveside Services will be held at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
