Jeremy was born on September 27, 1979 in Warner Robins, GA, son of Olin Jackson Barrow and Kimberley Moore Hallman.
Jeremy is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his loving mother, Kimberley Moore Hallman; children, Clay Kolmetz, Laynee Barrow, Carlyee Barrow and Rylee Barrow; brother, Jason James (Holly) Barrow; nephews, Trevor Barrow and Kayden Barrow.
