Hazel Keeney Wilson

Hazel was a homemaker and a member of Zion Hill Baptist for many years. She was loved and will be missed by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Leverne Wilson, parents, brother, Robert Keeney , sisters; Jenny White, Maybelle Sharp, Mattie Lockridge and Carol Keeney.

Survivors include daughters; Rhonda (Bill) Posey, Christie (Hal) Rogers and Janice Keith, sisters; Irene Green, Ruth Bowman, Shirley Howard and Jackie Black, brother, Harold Keeney, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive to cherish her memory.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wilson will be conducted Sunday, February 18, 2018 at three o’clock in the afternoon at Zion Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. David Baker officiating. Mrs. Wilson will lie in state from two o’ clock in the afternoon until the funeral hour at the church. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jeremy Bassett, Justin Keith, Wesley Bassett, Kevin Keith, Bill Posey and Hal Rogers. Honorary pallbearers are Buddy Black and Griffin Padgett.

The Family will receive friends Saturday evening from five o’clock in the evening until seven at Owen Funeral Home.
