Edward Odell Pittman Sr., age 86 of Cartersville, GA passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023. He was born in Cassville, GA on July 18, 1936 to Lewis Pittman and Opal Fowler Pittman. He took pride in the fact he was a member of the U.S. Air Force and Retired from the U.S. Navy.
Edward is preceded in death by his sister Doris Pittman Ross. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Pittman; children, Kathrine Pittman Ford (Mike Ford) and Edward Pittman Jr. ( Diana Pittman ) His grandchildren Eric Moser (Colleen Moser), Kayla Nielson (Tom Nielson), Kaitlin Lee (Andrew Lee) and many great grandchildren,and his sister Juanita Pittman.
The family will have a private service at a later date.
