Ms. Ruff was born on March 29, 1954 in Baltimore Maryland, daughter of Jimmy Dellinger and the late Gay Dellinger.
Debbie fought a long and courageous battle with her illness until the very end. She was a wonderful, tender and caring mother and grandmother whose greatest passion was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She greatly enjoyed vacationing to the family beach house on St. Simons Island. In her spare time, she could be found around town shopping at her favorite stores and also cuddling at home with her beloved cat, Winston. Debbie was always very grateful for all of her friends that provided such a huge support system through all of her good and bad days. She is already dearly missed, but will never be forgotten.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Gay Dellinger; son, James Randal Roe; brother, Ray Dellinger; grandparents, Luke and Margaret Pettit and Ray and Evelyn Dellinger.
Survivors include her father, Jimmy Dellinger (Judy); son, Luke Ruff (Lynsey); daughter, Leah Mader (Chris); grandchildren, Caden and Brenon Mader and Landon Ruff; sisters, Dee Bishop; Marlu Dellinger and Amanda Dellinger.
