I remember spending so many summers with you all and Uncle Danny quizzing us on music. He always had a big smile on his face anytime he saw you. We wish we could be there with you all. Sending prayers and love to everyone. 

I will never forget your kind heart. I can still hear you say, " come here Candida and let me squeeze those chubby cheeks!" I will forever cherish the memories that we shared. I told the story this week of how you asked a big scary biker dude if your grandson could sit on his Harley ha ha there is nothing you wouldn't do to make my boys smile! You never failed to try and get the waitresses number for the boys. They would be so red faced as your worked your charm.  
I am so glad I have you as an example of what a true grandparent is! I hope I can be as good as you were when my grandchildren get here!

Danny I couldn't have asked for a better Father in law.  Your dry humor, mild nature, charm,  love of music & movies is a trait I'm glad you passed onto your son, and for the man you raised, I'm grateful. I'm very blessed to have known you and been welcomed by you into your family. You will be dearly missed by all of us.
 Our shared love of animals is my favorite thing I'll fondly remember about you,  other then calling me "kiddo" all the time when I'd insist I was old lol. Although with heavy hearts we'll mourn the loss of you with us, I know you're pain free now & we'll see you again one day.

Danny was always a gentleman to me and never failed to compliment me. He was very attentive to Susan’s father and quite willing to listen to his stories.  He had a love of cook books and would have taken every one I had if I would let him.  We will miss him and remember his better days before pain took over. Rest in peace Danny. Loved you Martha (mother in law)

Lost and don't know where to start,.
This is the hardest thing I've had to do. 
As most know I'm not good at showing my emotions .

Where to begin.....

I am so blessed to have had the pleasure and opportunity to grow closer, love, appreciate, and cherish you over the years dad!  When I look at myself I see a lot of you in me...(ironic huh). 

Though I do mourn your loss......It fills my heart with gladness knowing you are no longer in pain and now “strolling through heaven” with all our loved ones who preceded you! I’m going miss so many things....your knowledge of sports & players, music & artists, movies & actors, the smile you put on others faces with your charm, always asking for something for free everywhere you went, the joy you put in your grandchildren’s lives, smelling Obsession on you, having a meal together, trying to play match maker, but most of all seeing your face, feeling your love, and hearing your voice!

Thanks for being such an amazing grandfather (even better than pop) to my sons.   I will always love & cherish all the memories while looking forward to seeing you again some day! With watering eyes and joyful heart, your loving son, Gary

Danny, your sudden passing has left a hole in our lives and a deep sorrow in out hearts . You were not only a loving father to Gary, but  you were also  a loving  grandfather and friend to your grandsons, Michael, Matthew , Noah and Isaac. 
I’ve only been around for 4 years, but my memories of you will always be of family gatherings and baseball games, also your love of baseball cards, music and all things trivia. You brought joy to our home whenever you were here. 
I want to promise to you that I will love your son fiercely,  I will be a friend and someone your grandsons can count on, and I will do my part to be available and support your lovely wife, Susan.  I will help keep you alive in our gatherings with our stories and photos. 
Danny, I know in my heart that you have not left us. May your perfect soul rest in perfect peace.

I loved Danny so very much. I enjoyed our IHOP breakfasts with my Mama Teenie and him and Susan.  One of my favorite memories is when he admired my Elvis watch and I took it off and told him to try it on. I said, “ it looks better on you. Just keep it. “ He was so excited. He treasured it. I know I’ll see Danny again on day and we’ll share Elvis memories.

My condolences to everyone in the family I have nothing but fun memories of Uncle Danny always always a blast to be around I remember he told me go get them chicken eggs and them chickens were not happy and I hate spiders and he said  it's just a little spider no them things jump he would get a kick out of me when I was little but my heart's go out to everyone we just have another angel in heaven now but I will keep everybody in my heart and prayers 

Dear Susan,
We extend our sincere sympathy to you and your entire family.  We were so sorry to learn of  this sad news about Danny.  We feel blessed to have met him on one of our visits to GA. He was so kind, gentle and friendly. I know you will miss him so much.  May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, Rest In Peace.  We shall keep  Danny, you and your family in our prayers.

I have known Danny probably most of my life.  As a child, I would see him from time to time in Nation's Store in White.  I grew up with his daughter, Reanna and remember Angie riding on my school bus with my late brother, Darren.  I love Susan and Danny.  He will always be remembered as a kind friendly person.  He loved to hear me talk....lol, he would ask me to say certain things just to hear my southern accent.  So funny....and he had a liking to certain ink pens, in which he would check out my ink pens at work from time to time...lol.  Loved him.  Will miss him.  My prayers are with you all. God bless you.

He was the best PawPaw anyone in the world could have and an even better great PawPaw. He loved us all so much and every time we were around him no matter how bad he felt he was always happy and smiling. He made everything better with a hug and a pinch on the cheeks. He will be terribly missed and always loved so deeply! I love you PawPaw and I will ALWAYS be your baby!
