Bobby Eugene Bishop, age 83 of Cartersville, GA passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. He was born on April 28, 1940 in Cartersville, GA to the late Tillis Eugene Bishop and Stella Estelle Richards Bishop.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents; son, Don Singleton; sisters, Louise Freeman and Linda Vangi. He is survived by his wife, Carol Bishop; daughters, Donna (Kenny) Reeves, Karen (Kyle) Smith, Staci (Steve) Sobol; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; brother, Wayne (Robin) Bishop.
Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Army and was retired from Lockheed Martin after 33 years of service.
A private Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Sunset Memory Gardens.
