Billie Jo is preceded in death by her parents: 4 brothers; 2 sisters and 1 grandchild, Jessica Moore. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wall; daughters, Renae (Billy) Bennett, Rhonda Cochran; step daughter, Sherry Maddox; grandchildren, Danielle (Stephen Empie, Callie (Shawn) Evans, Blake Moore; great grandchildren, Logan House, Hadlee Empie, Emilia Evans; sister, Joyce (Sammy) Neal; brothers, Larry (Jeanette) McCollum, Bobby McCollum, Byrd McCollum; several nieces and nephews.

Billie Jo was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She retired from Kroger after 25 years of service. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, planting flowers and most of all spending time with her family.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Creel officiating. The interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens with Shawn Evans, Billy Bennett, Stephen Empie, Larry McCollum, Bobby McCollum and Nick Maddox serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 26, 2023 from 12:30 until 2:00 pm.
