Ann is preceded in death by her Husband, Jerry Dee Moore; brother, Buddy Baker. She is survived by her daughter, Jerrie (Dewitt) Cochran, Donna (John) Woodward; grandson, Barry (Crystal) Cochran; great-grandson, Micah Byrd; sisters, Evelyn Chapman, Elaine (Bobby) Wilder, Jane (David) Puckett; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 11:00 am on Friday, November 12, 2021 in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Pearson and Rev. Ted Towns officiating. The interment will follow at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Gary Baker, Glenn Baker, Bobby Chapman, Michael Moore, Johnny Worthington and Dennis Waites serving as pallbearers; Tommy Ferguson, Brannon Ferguson and Marshall Worthington serving as honorary pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
