Alva Wayne Ledford

Wayne is preceded in death by his loving wife of 64 years, Marcella (Markie) Ledford; parents, Hightower Ledford, Bonnie Ledford; grandparents, Annie Lilian Conway, John Henry Conway; daughter-in-law, Beverly Ledford and grandson, John Kevin Ledford. He is survived by his son, Keith Ledford; granddaughter, Candice (David) Elerson; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Wayne served in the Korean War from 1952 to 1955. He retired from Chemical Products and was a very talented wood worker. He was a member of Bethel Crossroads Church in Taylorsville where he served as a Deacon.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, August 4, 2023 at Sunset Memory Gardens with Rev. Joseph Hyde officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Crossroads Church P.O. Box 44 Taylorsville, GA 30178.
