Edward Erick Sandelius

Edward Erick Sandelius was born on March 8, 1029 in Seattle, WA. He passed away January 13, 2019 in Silver Springs, Nevada.

Edward was preceded in death by his father Sven Ellias Sendelius, mother Gertrude Maybell Parks, wife of 22 years Etta Lee Sandelius, son Jim Sandelius, son Terry Fields and daughter Marcie Lavelle.

Edward is survived by his children Ron Sandelius, Barbara Sandelius, Shirley Barlow, Mary Jo Burns, Jerry Humphreys, John Humphreys, Joycie Jones, Kathy Ramsay and Angie Amstrong, as well as 25 grandchildren, 71 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Edward was a very proud member of the Armed Services, he served in the Air Force, USMC and Civil Service for a total of 30 years of service. He was awarded the following medals: KSM Korean, VSM Vietnam, AFC Air Force Commendation, NCM Navy/Marine Corps Commendation and AM Air medal.

Edward also enjoyed racquetball, hand ball, oil painting and camping.

He was a kind and loving father and he loved each and everyone of us.

Forever in our hearts, we will miss him dearly.
