Don was a very special man. While I was in my junior and senior years of high school, I worked with Don at Camp Emerson. He was a big brother to me and I really enjoyed the time with him. The last time my wife and I visited with him was in Placerville.  My wife and I spent the night, on a taxidermy table. What a great time. Blessings my old friend.

I think this is the Donald Fitzloff the worked with me at Emerson Boy Scout Camp in Idylwild, CA.  So sorry to hear of his passing.  He was always interested in Native American lore and would perform beautiful dances at the evening campfires.

I last spent time with him when he was in graduate school at Sacramento State University.

He is missed.

Two Eagles was one of my husband's very favorite human beings. They spent many, many hours together at Rendezvous all over the West. And I will always remember sitting in that school bus watching him do beadwork.
