Steven Michael Brian

Steven Michael (Cortez) Brian, 97, went home to our Lord, March 29, 2018. He was born April 18, 1920 in Buckeye, TX. He served proudly in the US Army, was a loving husband, wonderful, caring "Daddy" and godly example for all who knew him. He last resided in Lewisville, TX where he was preceded in death three months earlier by his devoted wife of 79 years, Elizabeth "Chickie" Brian. He is also preceded by first son, Michael G. Brian and grandson, Brandon J. Herndon. They are together again... for eternity. He loved his family dearly, and he loved fishing, hunting, westerns, martial arts and apple pie, but above all, he loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is survived by 5 children - Richard Brian (Marcia), Roy Brian (Anita), Gloria Herndon (Tom), Ron Brian (Helen) and Tammy Stillwell (Dave); 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
