Born September 14, 1946 and passed on March 17, 2018. He was 71 years, 6 months and 3 days of age. He had fought for 2 years and now is no longer in pain.
Kim served close to 24 years in the Navy, retiring as a Senior Chief Aviation Machinist Mate. He loved the military and cherished his time serving. After retiring he worked a few other jobs before finally finding his true love in raising and training hunting dogs.
His other passion was his family and friends. Kim loved his two children immensely, and his grandkids and great grandson were his true enjoyment. He always stressed that we will keep the family as a loving unit.
Kim is survived by his wife, Gretchen and sister-in-law Tammi . His son Steven and daughter Melissa Bashioum. Steven’s sons, his grandsons, Jerin Roller and Dalton Brandon as well as Steven’s fiancé Jayme and her daughter Alyssa and sons Dylan and Alex. Melissa’s son, his grandson, Wyatt Bashioum and her step-daughter Bailee Bashioum. Bailee along with her husband Travis and their son, Kim’s great-grandson Haygen. Kim’s sister Nancy Poland her husband Ernie and their daughters Pam, Angie, and Bethanne, and numerous great nieces.
