Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Rhoton Funeral Home. After the service, there will be an hour for visitation and final good-byes.
Francy was born in Mexico on April 10, 1946. She graduated with her Master’s Degree in Education. She worked as a counselor for the DISD for several years.
Francy is survived by her son Fabian Luevano and wife Christina Luevano, step-sons Jose Antonio Orozco and wife Maria Yndelisa Orozco, Gildardo Orozco and wife Isabel Orozco, Rodolfo Orozco and wife Amalia Orozco, and step-daughter Patricia Orozco. Also by her grandchildren Daniel, Jacob, Melissa, April, Crystal, Fabian, Estefany, Isabella, Vanessa, Rodolfo Jr, Miguelangel, and Edwin. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
