Angel and Darling
Through the laughter and the tears,
we made it a fantastic 30 years.
God brought us together
for one specific purpose.
And at times it was like a three ring circus,
But the goal was for Doug's eternal life forever.
Unbeknownst to me,
I was the one to make it be.
It was my honor to be chosen,
To lead God's son to his mansion.
As God prepares Doug for his flight,
I am witness to God's amazing light
of transformation and recreation
As Doug nears his destination.
Patiently I will wait,
Until I see my "Darling" and he
sees his "Angel."
