Betty Heard Mullins, 86, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018 in Carrollton, Texas after a short illness. Betty was born on December 15, 1931 in Wildcat, Arkansas close to Leola, Arkansas. She was the eldest daughter of Roberta and Crawford Heard.
Betty attended Centralia High School and married Billy Joe Mullins in1951. In 1962, they made their home in Carrollton, Texas.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bill Mullins; her 2 brothers, Wayman and Jack Heard. She is survived by her sister, Judy and her husband JC Sanford of Bakersfield, California; and sisters-in-law Ruthann and her husband Jerry Ritter of Winnsboro, Texas and Janet and husband Ron Heyduck of St. Charles, Missouri; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty was loved dearly and will be forever missed.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 18 at Christ Church in Carrollton, Texas.
