Amy Elizabeth Roberts

Amy Elizabeth Roberts went to be with Jesus Friday, January 16, 2015 at the age of 28 after a courageous, life-long battle with multiple illnesses. Born on January 4, 1987, she was preceded in death by her beloved Grandmother “Mimi” Frieda Ward, Grandfather “Gran” John Roberts and her cousin Brandon Gonzalez. She is survived by her parents John and Donna Roberts, her beloved brother Johnny Roberts and her nieces Harper Elizabeth Stone and Brooklyn Chayse Roberts. Her Great Grandmother Kathryn Beam, Grandfather Charlie Ward, Grandmother Pat Roberts, Aunts Kathy Ward, Sharon Ward Gonzalez and Pam Roberts Simpson, Uncles Charlie Ward and Craig Thompson, numerous cousins and countless friends. Although she will be terribly missed, her life shined so brightly that her genuine love, substantial influence and invincible spirit will continue to inspire any and all who knew her in this world. Once you met Amy, you were her friend forever, and you knew that you were a better person for having known her. Visitation and viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 - from 7pm to 9pm Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 South I-35 East, Carrollton, Texas 75006. Life Celebration Service will be held on Wednesday January 21 at 2 pm at Bent Tree Bible Church, 4141 International Pkwy., Carrollton, Texas 75007 - Reception to follow.
