Audrey attended high school in Carlyle, graduating in 1958 along with some of her cherished life-long friends. She enjoyed participating in track and field events, playing ball and curled well into her adult life. It was in Carlyle that Audrey met her forever guy, a relationship that would last 67 years.
On August 27, 1960, she married Eddie, her high school sweetheart.
Audrey kept busy caring for home and family while maintaining a management position in the family business for over 30 years. She loved following all three of her boys to the skating rink and to the ball diamonds, getting to as many games as she could. When drivers were in short supply, it was not uncommon for her to take a carload of kids to a road game. Family was her life and caring for her boys led to the love, adoration and friendships she cherished with her five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She is loved and will be forever missed by those that know her as, mom or grandma.
