My Uncle Allen, you taught me many things.. one was to be "tough" I grew up with two (3 including Jessi) brothers and you made sure I survived. You were a joker and could make me smile instantly. My Second father. I miss hunting with you. I miss your laugh.. most of all I miss the random " I love you" texts and "where are you now?" But now I don't have to tell you because your beside me all the time and I know you're smiling! I still got my boots on.. love always..

I remember the 1st day you moved into out motel Allan.You were wearing that beautiful suade coat with the long tassels.I loved that coat.We had a lot of good visits and a lot of laughs.R.I.P................YOur Old friends Dan&Shirley!

It has been almost a year dear brother and we all miss that beautiful smile and chuckle that only belongs to you.

Al, missing you every day big guy. The best neighbour I have ever had. Always gave me a place to sleep, food to eat, and found me work when I couldn't find it elsewhere.  You were awesome to work with on the rigs and you taught me lots about the rig and about life itself. "Know your own self" I'll never forget it.  Love you Al.

Life is not fair at times and you had a brother and an uncle taken from you far too soon, but know that he is at peace with your mom and grandma and that they are watching over you.

'A gentle soul with a big heart'.  Al, you were a true friend and I was very lucky to have known such a person and we have many special memories.  I miss him so much and him being taken away is such a heartache. And yes, he was one of the good guys....

Life doesn't seem fair sometimes.  Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. Al was one of the good guys. He will be missed by many.  Our sincere condolences.
