Yolanda Rivera, 70 of Cape Coral, Florida passed away on September 25, 2019. She was born on October 30, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York to Carlos Rivera and Gloria Ordes. Yolanda moved to Cape Coral seven years ago from Spring Hill, Florida where she lived for over 25 years. She enjoyed bowling, dancing, spending time at the beach, and playing Spades which she was very competitive. She loved her dog and cats, and especially her grandchildren.
Yolanda is survived by her loving family including her daughter, Leatrice Sims (Charles Sims)
Son Richard Vega (Wanda Vega); six grandchildren, Woneisha Miles (Michael Miles), Ashley Ellis, Jasmine Vega, Richard Vega, Charles Sims III, Robert Vega; six great grandchildren, Michael, Malachi, Amia, Malik, Kahlis, Stevie Rose; and a multitude of family members and friends who loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed.
Memorial Services will be at 11am on October 12, 2019 at Hope Hospice, Cape Coral.
