Victoria Clare Falls, 79, of Alva, Florida originally from Wanatah, Indiana passed away from natural causes on May 5, 2024. Vicky was born on November 6, 1944 to Victor and Clara Koselke (Goetz). Vicky was born and raised in Wanatah, IN. After graduating from Wanatah High School, Vicky married her high school sweetheart, a true home school love of the “cheerleader and basketball player” on November 23, 1963. They lived a very full life raising their two children in the small town atmosphere. In 2004 they moved to Cape Coral, Florida to enjoy their retirement years to be around their children and grandchildren. Vicky loved to read, cross stitch and flowers brought her joy. She made her dream come true when she opened her own Cross Stitch Shop (Falls General Store). She made many friends and had great success doing something she loved.
Vicky is a member of Faith Presbyterian Church of Cape Coral where she volunteered her time doing “Tuesday’s Together. Vicky is survived by her two children, Richard T. Falls of Alva, Florida and Jacqueline S. (Falls) Ohime of Alva, Florida (Jeff Ohime). Two grandchildren she absolutely adored, Jakoby Joseph and Jorin Jon. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. She was always there to support them doing what they loved and was their biggest advocate in life. Her grandsons had a special bond with her that will live in their hearts forever! Vicky enjoyed many things in life, but most importantly she loved her family dearly.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, mother, father, and brothers.
A graveside service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, May 18th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery in Cape Coral, Florida. (casual dress) Food will be provided following the service at the Ohime’s. (2391 Lippincott Road, Alva)
