Sharyn Ann McAndrew-Brown

Shayn Ann McAndrew-Brown of Fort Myers, Fl passed away peacefully on June 22, 2023 in Hope Hospice Cape Coral with her family by her side. Sharyn was born on December 27, 1939 in Scranton, Pa to the late David and Helen Holvey. She was also preceded in death by her brother David Holvey and husbands William J Higginbotham Sr, Michael McAndrew and Carl (Sonny) Brown Jr.

Sharyn was loved by all. She was quick witted easily making those around her laugh. She was full of wisdom ready to share. She was a loyal trustworthy friend. Sharyn enjoyed life, singing, dancing, cooking, holidays with her family, and most of all caring for her boys especially her youngest David born with Cerebral Palsy who was her pride and joy.

Sharyn will be sadly missed by her surviving family; her sons: William Higginbotham, Jr and wife Betty of Chesapeake, VA, Thomas Higginbotham, Patrick Higginbotham and fiancé Carol Goss, John Higginbotham all of Cape Coral, FL, and David of Dover, DE. Grandchildren: Teaghan and Schuyler Higginbotham of NJ. Great grandchildren Tate and Mila.

A private (immediate family only) memorial service for Sharyn will be provided by Coral Ridge Funeral Home in Cape Coral, FL.
