Robert L. Phillips

Robert “Papaw” Phillips, Cape Coral formerly of Altus, Arkansas died Wednesday May 25, 2011 at home. Born October 30, 1921 in Porum, Oklahoma. Robert resided for many years in Altus, Arkansas before moving to Florida in 1997. He was a Baptist. Robert was retired from the Missouri Pacific Railroad. He was an avid fisherman and Outdoorsman. He will be deeply missed by sons; Terry Phillips of Cape Coral, FL and Larry (Karen) Phillips of Springhill, FL, brother; Lonnie Bailey of Brooksville, FL, 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren several great-great grandchildren several nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will be held at 3:00PM Saturday June 4, 2011 at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, FL.
