He was a proud Marine with a purple heart, Korean service medal, gold star medal and others for his service in Korea.
After retiring from Caterpillar Tractor Co. he spent his retirement years boating and camping.
Survivors include his beloved spouse Arlene; three sons, Daniel, Theodore and Joseph; daughter Stephanie Zoeller; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A celebration of Robert's life will be held Sunday, January 19th from 2-4 pm in the Veranda at Jamaica Bay in Ft. Myers.
