Richard Dana Hardy

Richard "Dana" Hardy, 75, of North Fort Myers, FL, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 12, 2021. He previously lived in Wilmington, MA. Dana was the beloved husband of Louise Hardy, and loving father of Matthew Hardy of Palo Alto, CA and Karen Hardy of Solana Beach, CA.

In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his sister-in-law Barbara Hardy of Vero Beach, FL, his nephew Geoffrey Hardy and niece Joanne Pratt, his brother- and sister-in-law Richard and Judy Binkowski of North Fort Myers, FL, his nieces Beth-Ann Cahn-Hidalgo and Lynn Towill, and nephews Russell Binkowski, Richard Binkowski and Robert Binkowski.

Dana was preceded in death by his brother Paul Hardy of Vero Beach, FL and his brother- and sister-in-law Walter and Maureen Binkowski of Ellington, CT.

Relatives and friends may join the family on Wednesday, June 30th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 950 Chiquita Blvd. S., Cape Coral, FL 33991, for a 1-2pm gathering followed by a Celebration of Life Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or Hope Hospice, Cape Coral, FL.
