Lisa grew up with her parents, two brothers, and a sister in Indiana. They moved as a family to Florida in 1970. After graduating from school, Lisa went on to open a restaurant with her brother and sister. Lisa spent most of her career in the restaurant business with her family and later in life with her husband.
If you knew Lisa, you knew her role as wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend was the most important thing to her. Lisa was a beautiful person both inside and out. Her children were her world, and she would do anything to ensure they knew how much she loved them. Lisa and her husband had a special love that most only dream of. Her love for him was endless and unconditional. She especially loved being a Nannie, embracing every moment she could with her grandchildren.
Lisa is survived by her beloved husband Jim Heckler, Children Nina (Steffen) Vetter, Jena (Michael) Harper, Brooke (Josh) Russo, Bronson (Amanda) Heckler, and Justin (Kellie) Heckler. Grandchildren Chase, Madison, Kaylin, Luke, Ella, Dean, Bronson, Peyton, Freya, Autumn and Talon. Sister Debbie Candiano and brother John (Sharon) Candiano.
Lisa was preceded in death by her Mother, Nina Myers, and Father, John Candiano.
