Lawrence (Larry) R. Mitchell, 81, of Cape Coral, FL passed away August 21, 2023. He was born July 14, 1942 in Washington DC to Charles and Frances (Roberts) Mitchell. In his career, Larry was very successful in his title company. He was active in the National Guard in the Washington DC riots in the late 1960's. Larry was an avid boater, loved motorcycles and was a Membership Chairman for Cape Coral Cruise Club for many years.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife Ana Maria; 2 brothers, Barry and Ritchie; and a half sister, Elisa.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 11am at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church; 1922 SW 20th Ave, Cape Coral, FL 33991. Interment will immediately follow the mass at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church.
