Kurt T. Earlywine, 57, of Cape Coral, FL passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017. Born September 29, 1959 in Kokomo, IN, Kurt was a man of many passions. He lived life to the fullest with fun and laughter following him every step of the way. He had a larger than life personality and there wasn't a place Kurt went that he didn't make friends. He was just so easy to love. Kurt was a 3rd generation auctioneer and was well-known for his successes in the furniture industry. He spent many years conducting auctions and making friends from coast to coast. Kurt loved automobile racing and he particularly loved the Indy 500. There were many years that he could be found at the track during the entire month of May. He also devoted many years to sprint car racing at the Kokomo speedway. He loved music, especially live music. He enjoyed going to concerts and often would host live shows with local musicians at his own home. His biggest passion was helping his friends and others. Kurt loved "adopting" families at Christmas time and letting his own children pick out gifts for the children of the home. He arranged Thanksgiving meals for needy families, sent palates of water and supplies to hurricane victims, and helped to organize numerous charitable events. The list of his selfless good deeds is unlimited.
Kurt is survived by his wife Sally; parents Jack and Pat; brother Brent (Arlene); children Austin (Liz), Jessica (Drew) Shipley, and Stephanie (Brandon) Beck; grandchildren - all of whom he adored more than anything else in the entire world - Alina, Ian, Charis, Alex, Chaylen, Emerie, Teddy, Colston and Sami. He will be missed greatly by his dog, Stella. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brittney. Who loves ya? We all do! This incredible man will have 2 services so all who knew him can remember his life.
