Judy attended and graduated from Grand Blanc High School. Judy was co-owner, with her husband, of Hobson Manufacturing, Inc. in Atlas, Michigan. Judy’s greatest joy was spending time with her family, friends, and fur babies. She and her husband spent 20+ years bowling together with family and friends at Galaxy Lanes on Saturday nights. Years later, they watched their grandkids enjoy the love of bowling. Judy spent her spare time crafting, specifically making jewelry. If a person complemented her necklace, she would take it off her neck and give it to them without hesitation. She made friends wherever she went without fail. She would open her heart to everyone and would be the shoulder for you to cry on whenever you needed it.
Judy was preceded in death by her father and mother, William Howard and Willie Cleo Blevins, and her father-in-law James L. Hobson.
Judy is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Jerry Lee, mother-in-law, Annie Van Leuven, two daughters, Dawn Hobson and Denise Salavics (Steve), two sisters, Dr. Regina Blevins (Dr. Thomas Everett) and Sandy Flenniken (Chad), four grandchildren, Lacey Faulkner (Bobby), Jerry Craney (Izabela), Lily Hobson, and Jasmine Salavics, four great grandchildren, Anna, Lauren, Griffin (Craney), and Alexandria (Faulkner), and many nieces and nephews.
