John Douglas Gaines, age 74, of Ransomville, New York passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024. Doug was a Field Manager for U-Haul in Bradenton, FL. He was a loving family man. Doug was preceded in death by his daughter, Tressa Gaines; his parents John and Grace Gaines. He is survived by his daughters, Crystal Gaines and Erin Thiel; his brothers, Roger Gaines and Rickey Gaines; and sister, Debrah (Christopher) Pirinelli; nieces and nephews, Kristen, Christina, Jennifer, Julie, Roger, Ryan and Shari; and great nieces and nephews. He was loved by all. Arrangements are being handled by Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery. A graveside service will take place on Monday, December 9, 2024 at 1:30pm at Coral Ridge Cemetery; 950 Chiquita Blvd S., Cape Coral, FL 33991.
