Jill McArthur Palmer, 48 of Cape Coral, FL , formerly of Scotland passed away on Friday, August 12, 2011. She was born on September 1, 1962 in Summit, New Jersey. Jill worked as a Medical Transcriptionist. She enjoyed gardening and painting.
She is survived by her loving family including her mother, Christine McArthur; sons, Michael McArthur and Logan Palmer; husband, Bob Palmer. Jill was predeceased by her father, George McArthur on 2005.
