Janice Dumka, 81, passed away at home with her loved ones on January 9, 2024. Originally from Michigan, she moved to Florida with her late husband Laverne (Vern) Dumka and enjoyed many years of retirement together living next door to her parents Carl and Marion Scharf.
She was an energetic person who never met a stranger, her life was enriched by her Faith and many special and close friends. Although she enjoyed her time as a pharmacy technician her most favorite roles were that of Wife, Mother, Aunt, and Grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Allen, and brother Carl.
She is survived by her son Mark (Sandi), granddaughter Lauren, and her brother Gary.
