Hans Olav Olsen

Hans Olav Olsen born on January 6, 1947 in Lista, Norway to Gabriel and Borgny Olsen. He has an older sister, Solfred Olsen Nokland, and younger sister Bjorg Olsen Carlson. He married Dolores Ella Thorgersen on June 29, 1968. They met in his church on October 28, 1967.

He went to high school at the Maritime High School (school ship) in New York City where he graduated. He attended First Baptist Church of Cape Coral since 1970 (as a member). In the early 1980’s he became a Deacon. He loves people but most of all, Lord Jesus as does his wife also.

His hobbies were wood crafting, gardening, reading and electric trains. They have a son, John Arthur. Hans has a grandson, C.J. and many nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved. Hans was very close to their dog, Buddy.
