Gail Lynn Ball

Gail was a proud Surgical Tech for 35 years, starting her career at OSF Medical Center in 1985 and retiring in 2019, finishing her career at Cape Coral Hospital. She loved sewing, crafting, and anything that involved the outdoors. Her favorite place to be was at the beach, as often as she could manage. She loved her family and friends, and became a friend to anyone who needed one.

Surviving are her children, Angela Estes, Jeremy (Bridgette) Ball, and Nicole (Jason Ford), all of Cape Coral; 2 sisters Brenda Penney and Cindy (Oliver) Anderson. She was grandmother to Bryana (Lukas) Rivera, Natalie, Alex, Lily, and Spencer Ball, and Abigail Ford. She was also great-grandmother to Anabelle, Apollo, and Amara Rivera and a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Beulah Hance.

Cremation rites have been accorded, and a celebration of life ceremony will be held Saturday June 15th at Coral Ridge Funeral Home. A gathering will be held 11-12pm with service to follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any animal shelter, or the American Lung Association.
