Emanuel Brown, 70, resided in Cape Coral, FL with his wife Pamela, passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020. He was born in Winter Garden, FL to the late Henry Brown and Isabella Colquitt on October 4, 1950.
Emanuel leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Pamela Culley Brown; and daughters, Lisa-Richelle Brown, Chinita Yvonne Antonio; sisters Barbara (James) Mangum, and Mintha (Robert) Green; cousin, Doris Epps, who was more like an aunt; nieces and nephews, Nicole Brown, Robert (Jen) Green Jr., Scherrie Mangum, Joni (Brian) Petrosky, Tarjai Holloman, Shawna Holloman; great nieces and nephews Ryan Brown, Cam’ron Bennett, Shanice Parrish, MJ Bennett, Isaiah Petrosky, Jenessa Green, Ciara Petrosky, Makenzie Green, Mya Green, Tarjai Holloman Jr., Tyrese Holloman, Storm Holloman, Chance Holloman, Prince Holloman and a host of family and friends. He was predeceased by his stepmother, Leota Brown; twin brother, Nathaniel Brown.
Emanuel was a member of McGregor Baptist Church, which included Stephen Ministry, Life Groups and Men’s Bible Study. He was a Senior Business Analyst with Aetna for 40 years. His hobbies were gardening, drawing, painting, bowling and cooking. He also enjoyed going for walks, traveling within the United States and cruising with his “Dear” of 48 years. Emanuel was an avid fan of the NY Giants, NY Mets, and UCONN Huskies.
A celebration of his life will be on Monday, December 7, 2020 at McGregor Baptist Church, 3750 Colonial Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33966. The service will be in the Hope Building, Room H100 at 4pm.
