I'll miss Uncle Ed terribly. He was kind, and stood up for what he believed in. Fantastic cook, and always was loving and respectful of my aunt. Though he was shy, he always put aside his anxieties for family, and that's something I've always admired about him. I love you, uncle. Grace and peace to family and friends.
