July 27, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA.
Cindy is survived by her beloved spouse of 38 years, Daniel Welsh; her two sons Jared and
Evan Welsh; and her three sisters and brother-in-laws Susan (Edward) Mejia, Janet (Dennis)
Castelli, and Sherri (William) Smith. Preceded in death by her daughter Amy Michele Pappa,
and her parents Gilbert and Rita (Rodgers) Snyder. “Aunt Cindy” was loved by dozens of
nieces, nephews, their spouses, and their children.
A private viewing will be held for immediate family members only on Monday, January 21, 2019
at 3pm at the Coral Ridge Funeral Home. A ‘Celebration of Life’ ceremony will take place in
Pittsburgh in the near future for family and friends to gather and to fondly remember the life of
Cynthia M. Welsh.
