Adair, Charles (Chuck) J. Jr., 66, enjoyed a life well-lived, but died suddenly December 7, 2015. Mr. Adair was a retired millwright and supervisor with Pontiac Motor Division, and a retired residential home builder.
He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Dorothy Adair.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie, two fine sons: Charles J.(Chuck) Adair III (Samantha) and Stephen J. (Steve) Adair (Kelly), many grandchildren whom he adored: Craig Adair, Kassidy Adair, Jack and Jenna Fields, Meredith Adair, Madison Adair, Evan Adair, and Ella Adair.
He is also survived by his siblings: Lynn Turnbull (Bill), Michael Adair (Linda), Lise Spencer, Lana Poling (Jerry), Leslie La Brie, Paul Adair (Kim), Lori Zubalik (Mike), Kevin Adair (Monica).
He also has many nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews and one great, great nephew.
Chuck and Bonnie enjoyed their time with all their friends on the island and on the mainland. In the last few years, he taught himself guitar and Spanish and became very accomplished in both. He loved all his friends and family. He and Bonnie loved boating, fishing, travel, visits and entertaining.
