Carmela is survived by her sons Hector Manuel Noa and Jose Efrain Noa, eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many friends. She was a long time local missionary for her church, Iglesia Renacer.
A Visitation will take place at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, Florida on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with a Celebration of Life Service to be held between the hours of 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
A Visitation will also take place at Alvarez Funeraria, CARR. 167 KM 2.0, Bayamon, Puerto Rico 1-787-785-3400, Friday, March 10 from 10:00 am - 12:45 pm.
Carmela will be taking her last ride to the Puerto Rico National Cemetery, Avenue Cementerio Nacional #50, Bayamon, Puerto Rico 00961, where she will be laid to her final resting place with her spouse Luis Noa, Friday, March 10, 2017 at 1:30 pm
