Nancy passed away peacefully on December 15, 2022 in Rockwall, Texas. She was the daughter of Lloyd Rogers and Lavenia Riddle Rogers.
Born in 1944 in Asbury Park, NJ. She loved New Jersey. She was all the way a Jersey Girl! She loved the beach and enjoyed singing, dancing, cooking, gardening, sewing, crafts, flower arranging, picnics (she made the best sub sandwiches). She loved Elvis and Betty Boop. She met her husband, Jimmie, at a wedding of one of his army buddies when she was 14 and things grew from there. They married in 1961. She and Jimmie moved a lot with him being in the Military. They lived in Texas, New Jersey, New Mexico, California and Colorado. They had five children and helped raise one grandson. She loved her family and kept us all in line. She was a Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. She traveled with Jimmie on his gun shoots when he retired. Nancy will be dearly missed but will live on in the hearts and memories of all those who knew and loved her.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Lavenia Rogers; brother, Lou; and sister, Shirley.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Jimmie Ragan Sr.; daughters, Georgina Lane, Charlotte Ryder and Shirley Thompson; sons, Steve Ragan and Jimmie Ragan Jr.; grandson, Allan Pierson and numerous other grand, great, and great great-grandchildren.
