Martin Lloyd Lamb

Funeral services for Martin Lloyd Lamb, 63, of Royse City, Texas will be held at 2pm Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Eubank Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Preston Morgan officiating. Visitation with the family will begin one hour prior to service. Casual attire requested.

Martin went home to be with the Lord on February 24, 2022. Martin married Vickie Hahn 26 years ago and joined each family as one. He didn't believe in her kids or his kids, they were our kids and he treated them all as his treasures. As Martin loved his family, he also loved and appreciated his friends. He would have done anything to help a friend in trouble. He also showed that love to friends often by getting together for BBQ cookouts in the backyard. Martin was always busy. He enjoyed hunting, yardwork, working on ATVs, motorcycles and RV's, however, he always made time for the Dallas Cowboys football games to sit and enjoy with his beloved cats.

Martin is survived by his beloved wife, Vickie; his son, Jeremy Lamb; son, John and Meredith Layden; daughter, Shawna and Ricky Lafont; son, Chad and Kelly Layden; daughter, Chelsea and Garrett Robertson, son, Jonathan Lamb, daughter, Janie Lamb; grandchildren, Alexis and Kevin Ramos, AJ Coles, Cadence Layden, Jake Hicks, Liam and Luke Robertson, Zane and Clayton Lamb, Allison, Angelina and Andrew.

Martin is preceded in death by his adoptive parents George and Sue Lamb, his grand-daughter, Savana Hicks, his brother, Robert Shanahan, his in-laws, Joy and Robert Lord, father-in-law Thomas Hahn, Sr. Martin is also preceded in death by his Aunt Celia Hawkins and Uncles Don Hawkins and Sam Hawkins.

Interment will be at Haven of Memories Cemetery in Canton, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Lamb, John Layden, Chad Layden, Garrett Robertson, John Ward, Steve Wiley, Doug Cox and Steve Pappas.
