Linda Sue Rushing

Graveside Service will be at King Cemetery in Kemp.

Linda passed away Friday, April 3, 2015 in Athens, TX.

She was born May 28, 1947 to George and Martha Jones Baker in Dallas, TX.

Linda was a Baptist by faith and was married to James Billy Rushing for 28 years before his passing in 1999. She was a former member of Eastern Star. She was a great cook and enjoyed camping, fishing, picnicking and gardening. She especially enjoyed having everyone home for holidays.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, George and Martha Baker, Sister, Molly Laverne Robison and Husband, James Billy Rushing.

She is survived by her Daughter, Tonya of Kemp, Sister, Martha Frances Myers of Kaufman, Sister, Bartie Loretta Allen of Seven Points, Brother, "Cokey" Aurelias Baker of Mabank, Brother, Nolen "Soupie" Baker of Kemp, Brother Troy Wayne Baker, Sr of Kemp, Brother, Billy Don Baker of Gun Barrel, Grandchildren, Callie Lanae Chalk and Melissa Michelle Harmon of Seven Points, Great Grandchildren, Braden Delbert Renberg, Rylan Lucas Renberg and Preston Blake Crowell of Seven Points, Nieces and Nephews and other friends and relatives.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
