Linda King Perkins

Funeral Services for Linda King Perkins, 75, of Balch Springs, will be held 3 pm Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton with Bro. Richard Harris officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.

Mrs. Perkins passed away March 15, 2025 in Waco, TX. She was born on May 25, 1949 in Bernalillo County, NM.

Linda was a longtime member of Lawson Road Baptist Church in Mesquite. She was strong in her faith and enjoyed reading and studying her Bible. Linda was a fun-loving and cheerful person. She was always smiling and making others smile. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, diamond painting and reading. Linda will be missed by her family and friends.

Mrs. Perkins is preceded in death by her two husbands: Lonnie O. King Jr. and Charles Perkins; mother, Dorothy Stroman; two sons: Odell and Jimmy King; and two brothers: roger and Randy Edwards.

Linda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Yonna and Darl Tharp; son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Kelly Stibbens; two grandsons and their wives: Brandon and Amber Roberts and Nathan and Baleigh Stibbens; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
