Jerry W. Brookins, 79, passed away on October 30, 2016 in Tyler, TX.
He was born on July 20, 1937 in Terrell, TX to Winfred and Vanzora Teague Brookins.
Jerry lived most of his life in Rockwall where he worked in sales of telecommunications.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Carolyn Brookins; daughter, Roxanne Keene; daughter, Tana Brookins; two grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
