Malcom was born May 1, 1953 in Grand Saline to James Edward Pearce and Jackie Helen Chaney Pearce. He was the oldest of 5 siblings. He passed away peacefully at home on December 3, 2021.
Bubba's biggest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. In his free time and after he retired from Morton Salt in 2018 after 41 years, he enjoyed riding his side by side with his buddies and taking trips to Arkansas to ride trails, spending time with his family and friends, playing pool, foosball, and horseshoes or just watching football or wrestling. He had a passion for grilling and cooking for everyone and that man could make some delicious ribs and brisket! To know him was to love him and if he called you a friend, you'd never be alone. He was a genuine man with the biggest heart, the best Daddy, Granddaddy/Pawpaw,
Uncle, Brother and friend anyone could have. He will truly be missed by anyone that had the chance to know him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Jackie Pearce; brother in law, Max Fullwood and his best friend, Ricky Addison.
Malcom is survived by his daughters, Jamie Pearce of Canton; Alicia Holliday and husband Patrick; grandchildren, Naomi Suggs and husband, Caleb, Sara Hickman and husband, Jerome of Tyler, Marshall Pickens and Taylor Clanton; great-grandchild, Annalise Suggs; sisters, Ann McLaughlin and husband, Dave, and Nancy Jo Fullwood; brothers, Glenn Pearce and wife, Dana, all of Canton; Lynn Pearce and
