Services for James Edward Montgomery, 45, of Dallas, TX, are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 16, 2015, at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton, TX, with Bro. Steve Darrell officiating.
He passed away October 12, 2015, in Dallas, TX.
James was born on December 5, 1969, in Garland, TX to Harvey James and Ann Montgomery.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harvey James Montgomery and grandparents, Bill and Mary Montgomery.
James was Baptist by faith. He enjoyed sports, especially Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. He also enjoyed fishing and collecting baseball cards. He was at his happiest when all his family was together.
James is survived by his mother, Ann Montgomery of Garland, brother, Todd Montgomery, of Royse City; sister, Lisa Owens of Hutchins; sister, Lori Montgomery of Garland; sister, Jennifer and husband Domingo Martinez of Carrollton; stepmother, Donna Drake of Balch Springs; and other friends and relatives.
