Harriet Ann Aurell

Harriet was a Life Member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 9171. She was born in Hawaii and was able to travel the world with her husband while he served in the US Navy. She moved to Canton three years ago. She loved playing Bridge and shopping. Harriet was a happy person with a beautiful smile. Many people said she was a sweet person.

Mrs. Aurell is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Don Aurell; and a sister, Virginia Carmichael.

Harriet is survived by her two daughters: Cecelia Charbonneau of Canton, Anna Blanchard of Poulsbo, Washington; son, Donald Aurell of St. Charles, Missouri; six grandchildren: Danny Charbonneau, Alisa Gatzert, Jennifer Bickers, Timmy Goffinet, Skye Aurell and Trent Aurell; ten great-grandchildren: Donovan Harris, Harley Harris, Dominic Kobelia, Dylan Harris, Haden Charbonneau, Elena Bickers, Joseph Goffinet, David Goffinet, Andrew Goffinet and William Goffinet; and a brother, Gordon Gillin of Fourth Camp, Arizona.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a veterans charity of your choice.
