George was a rather quiet and private person, but he was also witty and fun to be with. He was fearless and independent, yet sensitive and incredibly compassionate. He was a fierce protector for the love of his life, the one who went before him and the one he leaves behind. He was reminded of God's blessings in his four sons and the "Littles," also known as grandchildren.
When his time came to say goodbye, he carried himself with the dignity, strength and love he demonstrated all his life. He was surrounded by his family and those dearest to him at the end of his journey. He will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved him.
