Danny W. Young

A celebration of life for Danny W. Young, 49, of Canton, TX will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at First Baptist Church of Canton with Pastor Mike Roberson officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.

Danny was born on September 11, 1972 in Shreveport, LA to William and Barbara Young. Danny joined his savior on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Even though Danny was taken from this world, his servant's heart left a beacon of light for all who knew him.

Danny was a member of First Baptist Church in Canton, TX and worked for NCH Corporation in Irving, TX. He was a member of the Rockwall Fire Department from 2006-2012 and received multiple service awards during his tenure. Danny was a good son, loving husband, devout father and a well-accomplished employee. He enjoyed a simple life which included being present for his wife and children, fishing, playing the drums, all things fast and serving others to the best of his ability.

Danny is survived by his devoted wife of 21 years, Heather Young; cherished children: Kristen Young, Grant Hynes, Brett Young and Grace Young; and his loving parents William and Barbara Young.

A visitation for Danny will be held Monday, September 20, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Eubank Funeral Home, 27532 State Highway 64, Canton, Texas 75103.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Canton Next Level Building Fund.
